Before joining Apollo, Abel was the Head of Office for a 2019 intake “Red Wall” Member of Parliament (MP). Abel set up a new Parliamentary office after the MP’s election and oversaw all policy, communications, and operational aspects.

In addition to his work in Parliament, Abel provided ad hoc communications advice and support to other MPs, local elected officials, and Prospective Parliamentary Candidates. He has delivered several targeted digital campaigns during local and national elections.

Before working in the House of Commons, Abel worked in Malaysia as part of a global marketing and PR agency. He advised B2B and B2C clients on national digital and press campaigns and expanded his team’s social media and insights offerings to clients.”
