In addition to heading our media monitoring, Chris writes for a range of local and national magazines and newspapers, including Radio Times, Geeky Monkey and DVD Monthly

Before joining Apollo, Chris was a freelance writer, sub-editor and proof reader. He has written for a diverse range of local and national magazines and newspapers including Radio Times, Geeky Monkey and DVD Monthly magazine where he was employed as a staff writer and section editor. He wrote a 5,000 word history of the Devon-based charity Hospiscare while working as a writer and proof reader for the charity, has written speeches used by parliamentary candidates, contributed to the writing of two BBC radio series, provided the entire written content for five major children’s annuals and written literally hundreds of reviews for magazines and websites.

Chris received a Master’s degree in International Politics from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth. He later received a diploma in Magazine Journalism from the Periodicals Training Council after completing a course at Highbury College
