Rosie Dale / Account Executive
Rosie supports Apollo’s international affairs and public policy portfolio, contributing to research, strategic communications, and media engagement for clients across sectors.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Politics and French from the University of London Institute in Paris, and a Master’s degree in International Law from SOAS, University of London. Her thesis research examined Houthi attacks in the Red Sea through a Third World Approaches to International Law (TWAIL) lens, exploring the intersections of non-state actors, maritime security, and international law within the context of Yemen and the wider Middle East.
Alongside her academic work, Rosie has gained experience in legal consulting and language teaching, including positions in France and Spain that strengthened her cross-cultural communication and analytical skills. She brings a nuanced understanding of the Global South, a strong commitment to justice and decolonial approaches, and working proficiency in French, with intermediate abilities in Arabic and Spanish.
