Apollo worked with The Hub to secure international media coverage, showcasing the initiative’s growth and the success of several groundbreaking Lebanese-founded startups that have expanded into global markets using London as their launchpad.
A private sector initiative launched in Jan 2015, supported by the UK and Lebanese governments, the UKLTH offered UK expertise, experience and exposure to support the growth and development of Lebanon’s knowledge economy.
This initiative brings together the UK’s technology sector, renowned for its innovation, with Lebanon’s new technology entrepreneurs. The Hub accelerates the growth of Lebanese companies, and helps develop the Tech Cluster by building the capacities of Lebanese investment professionals and entrepreneurs. This partnership helps position Lebanon at the heart of the region’s growing tech industry, creating jobs and stimulating the technology economy.
