With a background in public policy, David has a deep understanding of, and network of contacts in, the European and UK political spheres, and has produced thought leadership, briefings, and speeches for elite-level academics, lawmakers and CEOs. At Apollo, he leads on messaging and building impactful multi-country media campaigns for think tanks, foundations, and NGOs.
Before joining Apollo, he held researcher, communications, and advisor briefs for a number of UK parliamentarians, including a prominent backbencher and a Minister of State.
David has a strong interest in international affairs, civil liberties, and ostensibly niche portions of British history, and is published in a number of leading academic journals.
