Dee is responsible for overseeing the company’s entire financial operations. She manages all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, while also maintaining the integrity of management accounts. Dee leads the preparation of financial reports, provides in-depth analysis to support strategic decision-making, and ensures Apollo’s financial systems remain robust, transparent, and aligned with long-term business goals, as well as compliant with financial regulations and internal controls.

She played a crucial role in the lead-up to Apollo’s acquisition by the RSK Group, guiding the financial due diligence process, coordinating with advisors, and ensuring the company was in a strong financial position to support the transition. Her expertise and leadership were instrumental in achieving a successful outcome.

Dee is a London School of Economics graduate who trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in 1991. She worked there as an auditor and then an insolvency specialist for 17 years, gaining extensive experience in accounting and financial management.

After KPMG, she specialised in owner-managed and family run businesses, providing professional accounting services including consultancy, financial accounting, management reporting and analyses, and specialist in cloud accounting. Dee is a highly skilled, dedicated professional with a proven record of contributing to business success by setting up robust accounting systems and credit control leading to growth and profitability.
