Since joining Apollo in 2019, Dela has led high-impact projects across the US, Europe, Africa, and East Asia. She provides strategic counsel and media relations support to a diverse portfolio of clients, including NGOs, governments, and international foundations, helping them shape public discourse on some of the most pressing issues of our time.
With 7+ years of experience spanning communications and design, Dela specialises in delivering campaigns that shift perceptions and mobilise action on key themes such as gender equality, food systems, digital privacy, and global development. Her work combines a deep understanding of media ecosystems with a creative, cross-disciplinary approach rooted in storytelling and research.
She has worked with globally recognised names and has played a central role in the promotion of major international prizes. Dela also collaborates closely with high-profile individuals such as activists, researchers, and public figures to raise their profiles and amplify their work through strategic media coverage and thought leadership opportunities. Her network spans leading voices in mainstream, lifestyle, food, and culture media across EMEA and North America.
Dela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and Design and has led various research-based multidisciplinary projects in theatre, landscape design and interior development with a focus on diaspora and belonging.
Alongside her role at Apollo, Dela is also a published photographer and illustrator.
