Florence graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a degree in Archaeology. She began her career as a Writer and Assistant Editor at a publishing house, before pursuing her interest in global development, going on to obtain an MSc in International Development and Humanitarian Emergencies at the London School of Economics and Political Science. She has experience volunteering with NGOs and heritage organisations, assisting with research and social media.
